Kitshoff packs for Bordeaux

Western Province and Namibian international openside flank Rohan Kitshoff is one of a number of players that have signed with French Top 14 side Bordeaux-Begles for next season.

The hard-working fetcher represented his country at the World Cup last year, but has battled to break into the Stormers squad this season and has instead starred for the unbeaten Western Province Vodacom Cup team, crossing the tryline regularly in their march to the semifinals.

He will be joined in Bordeaux by Blues utility back Lachie Munro, Lithuanian lock Karolis Navickas and Fijian Sevens star Avenisi Vasuinubu who have all committed to the team which will will be managed by former France captain Raphael Ibanez.

Apart from these signings the club, which assured their place in the Top 14 championship for next season by beating Brive 23-9 on Saturday, have also managed to hold on to 14 of their current players including Argentine winger Rafael Carballo
