Poitrenaud extends Toulouse stay

France international fullback Clement Poitrenaud has extended his contract with Toulouse until 2016, the club announced Tuesday.

The 31-year-old Poitrenaud is an old Toulouse hand, this season being his 14th at the most successful club in modern French rugby history.

The fullback was part of the squad that won the French league in his first professional year of rugby in 2001.

Since then, the Castres-born, 47-times capped back has won three more French league trophies (2008, 2011, 2012) and three European Cups (2003, 2005, 2010).
