VIDEO: Franco on transforming Glasgow into championship material

Smith talks about slipping from top of the URC table following a disappointing tour to South Africa – losing to the Bulls and Lions in the league stage before going on to win an away semifinal against Munster and the grand Final against the Bulls.

He also opens up how he as a South African managed to adapt to Glasgow and the Scotland culture and turn Glasgow Warriors into a championship outfit.

The Glasgow boss also spoke about the celebration after defeating the Bulls at Loftus Versfeld and their travelling challenges.
