Stormers provide update on Jantjies
INJURY UPDATE: Springbok scrumhalf Herschel Jantjies will return to the Stormers’ starting line-up when they host Edinburgh in Saturday’s United Rugby Championship quarterfinal match.
Jantjies has been out of action due to a hand injury he sustained in April.
Consequently, the Springbok missed the Stormers’ win over Leinster in Cape Town and the victory over Scarlets in Wales two weeks ago.
The win over Scarlets secured the South African Shield and a home quarterfinal for the Capetonians.
“Herschel [Jantjies] is 100 percent fine, he will be starting on Saturday,” Dobson told reporters.
“He is in a really good space.”

Jantjies’ backup Paul De Wet won’t be available for selection as he is still recovering from injury.
During Jantjies and De Wet’s absence, new signing Stefan Ungerer donned the No.9 jersey against Scarlets, while Godlin Masimla was on the replacements bench.
The coach also revealed that Rikus Pretorius has returned to the URC squad after his cameo with the Western Province during the Currie Cup.
Dobson will announce his Stormers team to face Edinburgh on Friday.
