Kleu at outside centre for TUT

Strong-running outside centre Tjaart Kleu has been recalled to the FNB TUT side for this Monday’s home Varsity Cup clash against the table-topping FNB Maties.

The Tshwane University of Technology are the only winless side in the 2009 FNB Varsity Cup presented by Steinhoff International and coach Jimmy Watt will be hoping to change that against the only unbeaten team in the competition.

In other changes to the side that went down 18-28 to FNB NMMU last week, Adillio Coutriers shifts from flyhalf to fullback – with Deon Anderson slotting in at No.10 – and Johan Swartz shifts from outside centre to the left-wing.

Swartz takes the place of Hoosein Legoabe in the No.11 shirt, whilst there is also a change at scrumhalf, with Andre Potgieter replacing Nico van Zyl and the latter dropping to the bench.

Coach Watt has made two changes in his pack; with Adrihan Kruger and Tiaan Fick replacing Oswin Mentoor and Johan Steenkamp at No.6 and No.4 respectively.

Jaques Venter, Chanley Williams and TC Losper are the new faces in this week’s matchday 22.
