World Rankings: NZ pull away

The All Blacks' lead over the Wallabies, who are in second place, has increased to 6.77 points after moving up from 93.67 to 96.10 on the rankings.

South Africa are still in third place after their win over Argentina in the World Cup third-place play-off, but they did increase their tally from 86.02 to 87.66.

Argentina fall out of the top four after their loss to the Springboks. They are now in fifth place with Wales moving up to fourth position.
