Top lock stays with Toulouse

France lock Romain Millo-Chluski has extended his contract with French champions Toulouse which will keep him at the four-time European Cup champions until 2016.

Millo-Chluski, who turns 30 in April and has been at the club since 2000, has suffered a succession of injuries since being a member of the France squad at the 2011 World Cup.

He has faced stiff competition for his place in the Toulouse engine room with Argentinian Patricio Albacete and Yoann Maestri, who has replaced him in the French pecking order under Philippe Saint-Andre.

Millo-Chluski – capped 18 times since making his debut in 2005 – has been a pivotal player in the past 12 years for the club, collecting three European Cup winner’s medals and three French titles.
