Glenwood's Climb

There is little to choose between the two schools who are always willing to play the best and do so really well.

This year a case could be made that Glenwood are the Sharks' strongest school and Monnas are the Golden Lions' strongest school.

On the Top 20 ranking, Glenwood are ranked sixth, Monnas seventh. Monnas were one above Glenwood till they surprising lost to Waterkloof.

Season So Far

Glenwood have played and won all ten matches this season, scoring an average of 43 points per match. Affies have been their hardest opponent so far; they won that 37-34.

Monument have won 10 of their 14 matches, losing two and drawing with Transvalia, the surprise packet amongst top schools this year.

Monnas seem to have the tougher opposition, losing  to Paarl Gim (34-31), Grey Bloem (36-21) and Waterkloof (28-26). 

Glenwood have yet to play a team ranked higher than they are.
