Goromaru to make Reds debut against Brumbies

Goromaru was included in coach Richard Graham's 26-man squad for the clash alongside fellow Japan teammate Hendrik Tui. Both were named on the bench.

Graham has made a single change to the starting side that lost 3-31 to the Crusaders, with Reds centurion Greg Holmes returning to the field for the first time since the World Cup Final.

"It's a good opportunity for us continue to challenge ourselves and the way we want to play this season," said Graham. "The fact we get to play at Ballymore again is an added bonus. 

"This is our final trial before the season proper kicks off. We did some good things last weekend, but we want to see more from the group Friday night. We have been working hard to create pressure and we need capitalise on those opportunities.”
